By downloading or using our apps, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. License & Use
RanduSoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to RanduSoft.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some of our apps may offer premium features via In-App Purchases or Subscriptions.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services (such as Google AdMob for advertising) that declare their own Terms and Conditions. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these third-party providers.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. RanduSoft will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
6. Updates & Changes
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
